We believe in Peer Leadership and that the best equipped individuals to support and encourage young people are the young people themselves. We encourage the Cell groups we support across the city to develop and encourage leaders amongst their group. These leaders are supported by their local Cell Coordinator and by the city wide Peer Leader training nights that we as a team help to facilitate. These gatherings happen once a half term and involve opportunities for the young leaders to meet others involved in leading cells as well as some training/teaching and some practice support with their roles as leaders.
