Cell Coordinators

A Cell Coordinator is an adult involved in the support and development of one of the Cell groups. They are usually from a local Church community or from the local area and are involved in practically helping the group to meet each week, supporting the Peer Leaders and encouraging new members through local connections. The Cell Coordinators fulfil this role voluntarily but are supported by the staff team both locally through Ben Jones or Ben Cordy but also by Cell Coordinators gatherings that happen city wide once a half term facilitated by the LYCN Staff team.
