Management Team
The Management Team is currently made up of:
Duncan Stow (chair), Ben Jones, Ben Cordy, Amy Crawford, Ness Brown, Dave Herrron, Paul Rockley, Mark Kelly, Mike Vaux.
The Management team work to support and uphold the team, encouraging and steering the direction of the network and ensuring we as an organisation are meeting the goals of our vision. The team meet regularly to pray, discuss and review the work of the network as well as being involved within the network in various ways.
Their Jobs:
• Strategically planning the work of LYCN, reflecting and assessing how the project is developing and exploring future opportunities;
• To ensure good youth work practice takes place in the Network and the practically help the staff in carrying out the projects aims;
• To relate to churches + other organisation, communicating what God is doing + seeking God’s will for the future.
• To provide necessary accountability for cross church cells ensuring positive oversight and support for volunteers
• Praying with the staff team in pursuit of what God is doing through the Network.
