Duncan Stow

Duncan along with a number of other people from across Leeds established the Cell Network in response to what it was felt God was saying about the city. He pioneered the network for just over 10 years and worked to see it grow from strength to strength. In 2010 Duncan passed over responsibility for the network to Ben, Ben and Amy after a period of transition. Duncan still heads up the management/steering group for LYCN but is no longer involved in the day to day running of youth cells.
